Palm Beach Nonprofits Get a Boost at the Library

Think about it: You have a great idea that could change lives—maybe it’s an after-school program, a food pantry, or a community art project. But when it comes time to find funding, the grant applications feel overwhelming.

That’s where the Palm Beach County Library steps in. Non-profits can now book a free 30-minute consultation with the library’s grant librarian. It’s expert, one-on-one guidance to help you navigate applications, discover funding sources, and strengthen your proposals.

It’s a reminder that sometimes, the strongest support for our community doesn’t come from far away—it starts right here at home, with neighbors helping neighbors.

Tuttle Royale development files for bankruptcy | Facing $47M debt
A major 200-acre project in Royal Palm Beach, intended to be a downtown-style mixed-use hub, is now in financial peril. The company behind it, Main Street at Tuttle Royale LLC, recently filed for bankruptcy after defaulting on loans that have left them owing over $47 million.
The court had threatened a property auction, but the developer says a new backer from Atlanta may step in to stabilize the project.

💡 Keep an eye on this one—it’s a big deal for Palm Beach County’s future development landscape.
