West Palm Beach GreenMarket – Season #31, "From the Ground Up"

The county's favorite Saturday ritual is back for its 31st season with a brand-new sustainability theme. More than 110 local vendors line the waterfront each week, celebrating everything (literally) grown from the ground up.
• Why we love it: $5 mimosas, chef demos using "ugly" produce, and a new compost-drop station mean zero excuses for food waste.
• Don't miss: Chat with hydroponic farmer Maria Alvarez of Urban Abundance; her vertical lettuce towers are living art.
• When & where: Saturdays, 9 AM–1 PM, Great Lawn along Flagler Dr. (continuing through April).
