🎨 Chromatic Frequencies Opens at Armory Art Center
A new exhibition arrives in West Palm Beach Monday as artist Renee Phillips opens Chromatic Frequencies at the Armory Art Center.
The exhibition focuses heavily on color, texture, and experimentation. Phillips works with materials including latex paint, spray paint, and acrylic polymers, allowing the materials to create everything from ripples and pooling paint to deep cracks and layered surfaces.
The exhibition opens August 31 and remains on view through October 24, giving visitors plenty of time to stop in throughout the fall.

🍴 Flavor South Florida Begins
September means the return of one of the biggest dining promotions of the year. Flavor South Florida officially begins Tuesday with more than 100 participating restaurants throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
Restaurants are offering special prix fixe lunch, brunch, and dinner menus beginning at $25. This year includes dozens of new participating restaurants along with returning favorites in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and other communities.
The promotion runs throughout September, so there is plenty of time to work a few new restaurants into your plans.

Small business owners can spend Wednesday evening learning practical ways to make their websites work harder for them.
The City of West Palm Beach is bringing back its free Brand Lift Series with a session focused on website best practices and search engine optimization. The workshop will cover low-cost strategies for improving a website, increasing visibility in online searches, and helping the right customers find a business.
No advanced technical background is needed. Registration is free, parking will be validated, and attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet so they can follow along.

🌴 Clematis by Night: Margaritaville Memories
Thursday night is going on island time.
Clematis by Night is turning the West Palm Beach waterfront into a Jimmy Buffett-inspired celebration with The Landsharks Band. The group will perform Buffett favorites while the Great Lawn fills with beach-party activities, island-inspired food and drinks, Parrot Head trivia, prizes, bubbles, inflatable sharks, and plenty of tropical atmosphere.
Like the regular Clematis by Night concerts, admission is free. Bring a chair or blanket and settle in along the waterfront.
